Exciting opportunity to lead on day-to-day HR requirements. You will be working with the Managing Director and Management Team to uphold the client’s standards and aims, through the provision of effective people policies, practices and high standards of HR administration.

Essentials:

  • Sound generalist HR experience (ideally in the retail sector)
  • A good level of employment law knowledge
  • Associate CIPD member level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Chartered Member CIPD level 5, or equivalent (would be an advantage)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • High levels of confidentiality and understanding of data protection
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with people at all levels
  • Experienced in HR systems and creating people data reports

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Recruitment and Onboarding of new talent
  • Complete all HR and Payroll Administration in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain the companies desired culture, employee experience and development
  • Equip Line Managers to manage their teams through the effective implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures
  • Provide insightful People Data for continuous Performance Improvement
