Account Manager
Location: Tonbridge - brand new site!
Contract Type: Permanent
Annual Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 + bonuses
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, Office Based
Benefits: Pension, 20 days holiday + 1 day per year extra up to 25 days, parking on site.

You will be working in their bright and modern office which they moved into only last year. Parking is available on site, and you are a short walk from the main high street and transport links.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client goals and objectives and develop tailored strategies to help them succeed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business, and work to expand our service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver regular account updates and performance reports to clients.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide clients with valuable insights.
What They Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role, ideally within distribution, supply chain or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
