  • Effective and swift service for client calls, escalating as required. 
  • Deliver outstanding support and customer service. 
  • Build and maintain positive client rapport.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software challenges, walking clients through solutions step-by-step.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support communications.
  • Stay up to date with software knowledge and training.
  • Assist with special projects aimed at improving the client experience.
