Our client, a leading business in the Legal sector is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team, where you will work closely with the Head of IT in providing a high level of support to the business across two offices.

The ideal candidate will be a keen interest in IT and preferably a minimum of 1 years’ experience in the field. Alternatively our client would be interested in reviewing CVs from Graduates or those with an IT qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with external companies to resolve IT issues and queries

- Administration of telecoms systems

- Set up new users and rest employee accounts

- Support new employees with IT inductions

- Be the go-to for any IT issues or queries

- Assist with the setup of meeting rooms

- Updating of the internal intranet page and website

- Ensure you keep an up to date list of all equipment and hardware

Key Experience:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in an IT-related role, or a comparable IT qualification would be advantageous

- Confident working both independently and as part of a team

- Gained exposure in an office environment to IT systems and networks

- Keen and genuine interest in IT systems and equipment

- Good communicator confident liaising with colleagues, clients and third parties of all levels
