PW Construction are looking for a Kitchen Designer. 

Kitchen Designer's responsibilities include:

• Understanding customer needs: Discussing design ideas, preferences, and lifestyle with customers and qualifying them to ensure an accurate design and quote.

• Creating designs: Using computer-aided design (CAD) to create 2D and 3D plans, and recommending products alongside quoting the kitchen accurately.

• Presenting designs: Visiting customers' homes or building sites to present designs and inspire them, or presenting them at the showroom.

• Meeting sales targets: Building a customer network and working with sales representatives and MD to meet targets.

• Managing projects: Overseeing installation work, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Staying up to date: Keeping current with design trends and products training.

For this role you should have the following skills and experience:

• Customer service and sales experience

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Comfort engaging with the public

• Creative flair

• Ability to generate new ideas and problem-solve

• Interest in DIY or interior design

Key / Unique Points:

• Kitchen design experience essential (Articad and Easyquote preferable).

• Knowledge and understanding of kitchen installations and minor preparation works essential. (plastering, electrics, plumbing etc.)

• Clean Driving license.

• 5 days a week with one being a Saturday / Sunday depending on the rota.

• Confident speaking in front of people and when presenting.

• Well organised and good at communication is essential to succeed in the job.

• Ability to manage clients and projects at different stages.

• Understanding and hitting the quarterly targets with an ambitious appetite to close sales.

• Wants to be part of a successful 25yr old family run company and understands the level of customer service required to provide the high level service we offer.
