Job Title: Temporary Savings Administrator
Day rate: £15 - £18 per hour
Duration: 3 months
Location: Tonbridge
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a growing savings and loans bank based in Kent. We are seeking an experienced administrator with previous experience working in a banking or other regulated environment who can support the savings team by completing AML checks for individuals and organisations. This is a 3-month temporary assignment.
Duties include:
- Conduct detailed Anti-Money Laundering checks on individuals and organisations in line with the Bank’s AML Handbook.
- Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the MLRO if required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all AML checks, investigations, and findings.
- Act as the main point of contact for incoming saver communications relating to ‘live’ AML checks.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Customer Service experience in a financial services environment
- Knowledge of AML frameworks
- Experience of credit reference agency checks and PEP/Sanction monitoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
