The Opportunity:Join a highly respected and long-established legal practice with a strong reputation in the region for providing exceptional client service. This is a busy and varied role within their thriving Private Client department, where you will handle a broad range of matters, including:
- Estate and Care Fees Planning
- Wills and Will Writing
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection
- Trusts and Trust Administration
- Probate and Administration of Estates
- Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments
- Deputyship
Candidates undertaking STEP qualifications will be supported and encouraged, with career development at the heart of the firm's ethos.
The Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will have:
- A solid track record in private client work, particularly in wills, trusts, estates, and tax issues.
- The ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- A professional demeanour and technical competence.
