Private Client Solicitor

Location: Tonbridge (Hybrid working available 1 - 2days from home)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Salary: 35,000 - 110,000 per annum, depending on experience (DOE)

Level: Open to Newly Qualified up to Partner level

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join a reputable firm that values both career progression and work-life balance. The role offers a broad range of private client work, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate, and is well-suited to someone who is motivated, client-focused, and confident in managing complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on all aspects of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
  • Managing a diverse caseload independently or within a team, depending on experience
  • Staying updated on relevant legal changes and ensuring compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law
  • Proven expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning
  • Excellent communication skills and client-oriented approach
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
