About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our busy and growing Private Client department in Tonbridge. You'll be stepping into a ready-made caseload and handling a wide variety of private client matters, including: - Estate and Care Fees Planning - Wills and Will Writing - Lasting Powers of Attorney - Court of Protection - Trusts and Trust Administration - Probate and Administration of Estates - Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments - Deputyship

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work within a supportive team and advance their career. STEP qualification is desirable but not essential, and we welcome candidates currently undertaking this accreditation.

About You:We are looking for someone who brings: - Comprehensive knowledge of private client law, particularly wills, trusts, estates, and tax planning. - Proven ability to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision. - Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle a busy and varied workload. - A professional, approachable demeanor and outstanding client care skills. - A smart and professional appearance alongside strong technical competence.

You'll be supported by dedicated secretarial assistance to help manage your workload effectively.
