Conveyancing Legal Secretary
Location: Tonbridge
Hours: Monday to Friday, office-based, 9am to 5pm
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience (DOE)

About the Role:
As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's conveyancing team with administrative tasks, client communications, and document management. This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in a similar role, who is highly organised and can manage a varied workload efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting conveyancers with document preparation and administrative tasks
- Managing client correspondence and maintaining client files
- Scheduling appointments and handling client enquiries
- Ensuring compliance with legal standards and firm policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a conveyancing legal secretary role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
