We're working a well-established full-service law firm who are looking for a Conveyancing Secretary to support their busy conveyancing team. Based in their office in Tonbridge, you’ll be supporting solicitors and fee earners with a number of secretarial duties. This role is perfect for a candidate who is looking to gain experience in a busy conveyancing department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support fee earners with diary management
  • Book appointments
  • Liaise with clients face-to-face and via telephone
  • Audio typing
  • Provide administrative support including typing and preparing documentation

What we need from you:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Some relevant experience in conveyancing
  • Ability to be organised & take initiative
