Our client, a leading Legal firm is seeking a Trainee Legal Secretary to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is looking for a Trainee Legal Secretary to join their team on a full-time basis, where you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative and secretarial support to multiple fee earners across the firm.

Although previous Secretarial experience would be advantageous, this role is also ideal for someone with a minimum of 1 years’ administration experience looking to get into the Legal sector and start their career as a Legal Secretary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Typing of letters, documents and forms

- Answering and making telephone calls and responding to emails when required

- Proofreading legal correspondence and documentation

- Maintenance of diaries

- Scheduling and booking meetings

- Assisting with processing invoices

- Filing documentation

Key Experience:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administration role

- Confident working both independently and as part of a team

- Confident completing work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times

- Excellent communicator with a high level of grammar and spelling

- Excellent with customers, providing a high level of customer service to clients and colleagues at all times

- Computer literate, confident picking up new skills and technologies with ease
