Location : Paddock Wood, Tonbridge

Salary : 25,376

Holiday : 25 days + bank holidays + birthday off

Exciting opportunitiy to join a fastly growing third party logistics company. You'll be providng administration support to a variety of departments including Operations, purchasing and HR.

You'll learn multiple areas of how a business functions and really broaden your skillsets.

The most important attribute our client is looking for is attention to detail and accuracy in your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Support:

    • Assist with scheduling, organizing meetings, and maintaining operational records.
    • Monitor and respond to emails, manage correspondence, and track deliverables.
    • Coordinate and follow up on operational projects and tasks.
  • Purchasing Support:

    • Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices.
    • Maintain accurate records of suppliers, orders, and deliveries.
    • Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies.
  • HR Support:

    • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding.
    • Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
    • Support HR activities such as training coordination and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • [Optional/Preferred] Familiarity with HR or procurement systems.
