Job : Operations Administrator
Location : Paddock Wood, Tonbridge
Salary : 25,376
Holiday : 25 days + bank holidays + birthday off
Exciting opportunitiy to join a fastly growing third party logistics company. You'll be providng administration support to a variety of departments including Operations, purchasing and HR.
You'll learn multiple areas of how a business functions and really broaden your skillsets.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support:
- Assist with scheduling, organizing meetings, and maintaining operational records.
- Monitor and respond to emails, manage correspondence, and track deliverables.
- Coordinate and follow up on operational projects and tasks.

Purchasing Support:
- Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of suppliers, orders, and deliveries.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies.

HR Support:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
- Support HR activities such as training coordination and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- [Optional/Preferred] Familiarity with HR or procurement systems.
