Your Role

? Develop and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Plans (HASEMP).
? Supervise and mentor the site team to ensure high standards of work.
? Ensure risk assessments, method statements, and site inductions are up to date.
? Oversee plant, equipment, and temporary works management.
? Drive collaborative planning with 1, 4 & 12-week lookahead schedules.
? Champion behavioural safety initiatives and best practices.

What We're Looking For

? Strong understanding of engineering principles in civil construction.
? Valid driving licence and First Aid at Work certification.
? Recognised Civil Engineering/Site Management qualifications.
? Health, Safety, and Environmental Management (IOSH or equivalent).
? CITB Temporary Works Coordinator qualification (desirable).
