PCR Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager in Kent to start immediately on a permanantbasis. Our client is a major UK main contractor. Applicants should have the following skills and experience:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and managesiteoperations to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as aSiteManager
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with construction management software and industry standards.
