Reed Accountancy & Finance are currently seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is on behalf of Reed Accountancy & Finance, the UK’s leading specialist recruitment partner. Our client, based in Staplehurst, is in need of a skilled individual to manage payroll functions efficiently and accurately.

Payroll Administrator Day-to-day of the role:
  • Processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Calculating wages based on hours worked and administer payments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
  • Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.
  • Preparing reports for management on payroll activities and issues.
Payroll Administrator Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a payroll position.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with payroll software and good knowledge of HMRC regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
