You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring top-tier quality, safety, and operational efficiency in our manufacturing processes. You’ll spearhead innovation, identify opportunities for improvement, and build a culture where quality is second nature.
What You’ll Be Doing:• Champion Quality & Compliance – Implement and drive quality systems aligned with FSSC/ISO22000, BRC, and customer requirements.• Lead Audits and Standards – Conduct internal and supplier audits, ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations.• Drive Continuous Improvement – Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.• Problem-Solving – Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventative strategies to eliminate quality risks.• Empower Teams – Develop and deliver training to upskill teams, fostering a proactive quality-driven mindset.
Desired Previous Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering).• Time served in a quality assurance team, ideally within food manufacturing.• Proven success in leading (or being part of) quality improvement initiatives.• HACCP certification • Proficiency in ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 (FSSC), and audit processes.
