Are you seeking a dynamic role in the property industry?

Our client, a renowned commercial property management company, is seeking a skilled and committed Property Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract. Youll work closely with the current manager, ensuring a smooth transition prior to their maternity leave.

As the Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the oversight and management of four commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the expectations of both tenants and property owners. If you're a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for property management, this opportunity could be ideal for you.

Duties for this role include but are not limited to:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial properties in Kent and establishing relationships with key contacts.
• Addressing tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
• Conducting routine inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintenance standards.
• Managing lease agreements, including tenant screenings and renewals.
• Reviewing lease agreements and contracts, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to schedules.
• Responding to emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Supervising a small maintenance team and assigning tasks as needed.
• Communicating effectively with contractors, suppliers, and utility companies at all levels.
• Handling all related administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, and planning.

The successful candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience in commercial property management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of property laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Keen attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
• Full UK driving licence
