Our client, a leading business in their sector is seeking a Care Recruitment Consultant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to a growing team our client is looking for an in-house Care Recruitment Consultant to join their team, where you will be working with an existing team of consultants where you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting high-quality candidates to join the care team, ensuring the firm continues to meet their high standards and requirements.
The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience, whether it be in-house or from an Agency, where you are used to dealing with candidates, screening experience and interviewing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings with candidates, assessing their skills, experience and qualifications
- Use job boards and advertisements to source candidates
- Assist in interviewing candidates
- Ensure all candidates meet the relevant criteria, conducting background checks and requirements
- Ensure all regulations are met whilst conducting DBS checks
Key Experience:
- Previous experience in a recruitment role is required, whether in an agency or in-house
- Confident liaising with colleagues, candidates and third parties of all levels over the phone
- Excellent communicator, confident building and maintaining relationships
- Strong team player who is able to work with those around them
