Private Client Solicitor - High Net Worth Individuals Location: Tonbridge, Kent Salary: Up to 60,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our established practice in Tonbridge, Kent. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of high net worth clients, providing expert legal advice on complex matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive private client services to high net worth individuals
  • Managing complex wills, trusts, and estate planning
  • Handling probate administration and inheritance tax planning
  • Advising on wealth preservation and succession planning
  • Overseeing lasting powers of attorney and court of protection matters
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with significant post-qualification experience in private client work
  • Proven track record of managing high net worth client portfolios
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax and trust law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to the wider team
  • STEP qualification (preferred)
