What will you be doing?
- Working alongside a friendly and collaborative finance team, you’ll be processing invoices, and financial transactions, and handling bank reconciliations
- Managing credit control, payment setups, and responding to finance queries
- Updating and maintaining financial spreadsheets, including preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
What are they looking for?
- Experience as a Finance Assistant or similar role, with sales and purchase ledger expertise
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with XERO or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to spot numerical errors
