- Administrative Duties: Handle job card creation, invoicing, parts ordering and returns, cashing up, and banking.
- Site Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the site, keeping it clean, safe, and operational.
- Reporting: Liaise with Head Office and provide monthly reports on branch performance.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage your time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and achieve business goals.
- Commercial Focus: Understand the financial aspects of the branch, including profit and loss, and balance costs accordingly.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and the ability to diagnose and rectify faults.
