Daytime healthcare are working with a Leading National Care Home Group to recruit a support worker with Care Home experience to join their care home in Tonbridge
Job Description:
- Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
- Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
- Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
- Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
- Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
Who are we looking for:
- Must be fully flexible for all shifts across 7 day week
- Full UK manual driving license required held for a minimum of 2 years - due to the service having a service vehicle which successful applicants need to be willing to drive.
