Our Kent Learning Disabilities Service is looking for several Support Workers to join our friendly dynamic team in Tonbridge, Kent.

Clarion delivers support services to some of the most vulnerable people in society. Our work recognises and respects each service user as an individual who has abilities, ideas, responsibilities, wishes, hopes, and feelings.

We welcome candidates with experience in the housing and support sector. However, we're also looking for people who may not have this experience but have the qualities and skills we feel would most benefit our customers; professionalism, empathy and understanding, life experience and a desire to develop their knowledge and skills to support our customers best.

You'll support key work service users to achieve individual goals as set out in each service user's Person Centred Support Plan. Working for Clarion as part of the Kent team you'll be delivering exceptional support services to our customers.

Experience isn't always necessary. If you have the right attitude, good customer service skills, share our values and are willing to learn, you're likely to be a great fit. A full training package will be provided to new members of our team to help them develop the skills to become a great support worker.

If you're a confident, warm and friendly person, with a passion for supporting people, who can be flexible and adapt to different situations, we would like you to join our team. This is a genuinely rewarding role where no two days are the same.

We provide a 24/7 service, you'll therefore be able to work day shifts, evenings and sleep-ins on a rota basis.
