What You’ll Do as a Community Worker:

• Deliver personalised support to clients in their own homes.
• Manage challenging behaviours with patience, understanding, and tailored strategies.
• Promote independence and enhance the well-being of individuals with complex needs.
• Provide assistance with daily tasks, companionship, and care aligned with individual care plans.

What We Need From You:

• A passion for supporting clients with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
• Experience or a willingness to learn strategies for autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
• A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• The right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration (to be paid in full at £49.50 with a full refund after a set period of hours worked*)
• Over 18 with excellent communication and a caring attitude.
