We are working with a growing financial services company to support with the recruitment of their Social Impact Manager. Our client offers a 4-day working week as standard, you would have the choice of Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday.

This role is a remote role however, there will be adhoc, infrequent requirements to visit site for team meetings/training in Tonbridge. Key Responsibilities for the Social Impact Manager: - Analysing the banks social impact against loans through key strategic metrics- Creating frameworks with the Theory of Change at their centre - Reporting on key metrics to board level - Being heavily involved with the data, analytics and reporting utilising Salesforce and Excel- Documenting purpose, quality and loan agreements - Developing dashboards for the website - Focussing on key strategy areas and being instrumental in a strategy review projectKey Skills for the Social Impact Manager: - Must be very comfortable with and have experience with large data sets- Experience within a Social Impact role or Corporate Social Responsibility - Have strong values and alignment with sustainability practises Benefits offered: - 4 day working week - Generous Pension Contributions- Predominantly remote with 'adhoc' office visits required Please apply as directed!
