Twenty4Seven Education is seeking multiple passionate, capable and flexible Cover Supervisors for numerous highly successful mainstream Secondary Schools in Tonbridge & Malling and Tunbridge Wells. You will effectively supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher ensuring a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment.

Your new role:
- Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety, security and confidentiality reporting all concerns to an appropriate person to ensure pupils’ wellbeing
- You will deliver pre-planned lessons to pupils ensuring students are engaged, participating and being productive to ensure pupil progress
- Give pupils regular feedback and encourage pupils to respond to the feedback
- You will implement school policies on behaviour, addressing any disruptions promptly and professionally
- Maintain clear communication with teaching staff regarding lesson progress and any noteworthy incidents
- Deploy any support staff effectively
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role within an educational setting (minimum of 3 months of experience)
- Child DBS check on the Update Service or willing to pay and apply for a new one (Twenty4Seven Education can assist you with this process)
- Good Literacy, Numeracy and IT skills
