Supply Chain Coordinator:

Salary: £30,000

Location: Close to Tonbridge

Hours: 8am- 5pm. Monday- Friday. NO WEEKENDS !!

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's organisation as a Supply Chain Coordinator! This company are a leader in their field, working with some of the biggest companies in the UK!

Based close to Tonbridge, you will play a vital role in supporting our Buying team with stock management, administration, and forecast planning. In this position, you will have responsibility for stocks at our various sites across the country.

Duties:

  • Assisting the Buying team with stock management, forecasting, and stock movement between internal sites
  • Supporting supply chain management, administering deliveries to customers and our sites
  • Run daily reports; checking stock demands etc
  • Placing purchase orders with suppliers, confirming delivery dates, and following up on goods in bookings
  • Collaborating with our Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams to fulfil stock requirements
  • Processing invoices and handling customs clearance
  • Assisting with new customer enquiries from concept to conversion/closure, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Taking charge of placing stationery orders

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Great administrative experience
  • Confident with speaking with different people
  • Purchasing and Forecasting experience
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
