My client, a market leader in the rail industry are looking to grow their team and have an exciting opportunity as a Graduate Technical Project Lead. As the Graduate Technical Project Lead you will be working on a wide variety of infrastructure projects including SORAT-LX assessments, level crossing risk assessments and various other risk assessments working closely with multiple clients.

As the Graduate Technical Project Lead you will be provided with training to complete detailed SORAT assessments and analyse the results. We are looking for a driven individual who is eager to learn and looking to further their career. There will be a clear progression structure in place with a view to progress into the technical project lead within the signalling risk team.

Responsibilities:

- Undertaking operational railway risk assessments

- Writing Operational risk assessments

- Reviewing Operational Railway risk assessments

- Working to safety, health, environmental and quality management systems

Essential:

- Analytic, methodical and structured approach to work

- Proactive attitude

- Good communication skills

Preferable:

- Environmental degree or similar degree

- Knowledge of the rail industry

- Knowledge of risk assessments
