My client is an award winning, high end, bespoke furniture and upholstery maker renowned for creating high-quality, bespoke luxury upholstered furniture goods. They work with a wide range of clients, including interior designers, architects, and commercial enterprises. Their reputation for producing hand-crafted, original pieces of quality furniture is at the heart of what they do.
Currently experiencing an exciting period of growth, they are looking for a highly skilled Bespoke Upholsterer to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented all-round Upholsterer who is passionate about craftsmanship and wants to grow with them.
Bespoke Upholsterer duties & responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality upholstery work from start to finish, following technical drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standards of quality.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout the production process.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure every piece meets our stringent requirements.
Bespoke Upholsterer requirements:
- Highly skilled in both modern and traditional upholstery techniques, with experience in luxury bespoke furniture.
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
- Clear communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Own mode of transport is a must (as we are based in a rural location).
- A professional, dependable attitude with a passion for producing high-end work.
