We are looking for a Crop Production Technical Advisor to join the Frontier team, based in the Yorkshire to Scottish Borders region, on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will involve working from home but with an expectation to travel to sites across the region when required. The Role

You will provide high quality technical information in relation to all combinable crops.

As a Crop Production Technical Advisor your role will involve.Providing regular in-season technical bulletins for all combinable crops within agreed time frame. Providing regional commercial teams with technical support across all combinable crops. Taking the lead from our Combinable Crop Production Specialist on strategy and delivery of required knowledge exchange across all combinable crops. Supporting a holistic approach to crop growing protocols, delivering a "captures all" strategy, avoiding silo mentality of inputs capable of generating margin. Supporting the uptake of strategic technical direction on product pipelines and legislative amendments to commercial teams.

  • Proven experience of working within a technical role in an agricultural environment
  • Previous field agronomy and crop nutrition/protection experience is desirable
  • Registered BASIS qualification
  • Self-motivated and tenacious
  • Flexible approach to work and managing changing priorities
  • An effective team player
