We are looking for a reliable and experienced Caretaker to join our primary school in Tonyrefail. This is a part-time, afternoon role, Monday to Friday, for approximately 5 hours per day.
Key Requirements:
- Must have experience as a handyman, caretaker, or in maintenance roles.
- Ability to carry out general repairs and maintenance.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a school environment.
- Must be willing to or already have an Enhanced DBS check.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct general repairs and maintenance around the school.
- Ensure the school grounds are safe and secure.
- Assist with setting up and tidying school facilities for events.
- Carry out safety checks on school equipment and premises.
- Maintain cleanliness in outdoor areas and manage waste disposal.
