Afternoon Caretaker - Primary School in Tonyrefail

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Caretaker to join our primary school in Tonyrefail. This is a part-time, afternoon role, Monday to Friday, for approximately 5 hours per day.

Key Requirements:

Must have experience as a handyman, caretaker, or in maintenance roles.
Ability to carry out general repairs and maintenance.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a school environment.
Must be willing to or already have an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities:

Conduct general repairs and maintenance around the school.
Ensure the school grounds are safe and secure.
Assist with setting up and tidying school facilities for events.
Carry out safety checks on school equipment and premises.
Maintain cleanliness in outdoor areas and manage waste disposal.
