- Manage the full employee relations process, providing expert advice and guidance on ER matters.
- Recommend and implement solutions for various HR challenges.
- Identify and introduce process improvements within HR operations.
- Support the HR team with ongoing projects and organisational initiatives.
- Proactively manage and mitigate risks related to employee relations.
- Foster and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including trade unions.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are regularly updated and aligned with best practices.
- Analyse and report on HR metrics, trends, and people data to support decision-making.
- Strong HR background with proven experience in handling complex ER case management.
- Ability to manage a diverse workload and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
- Flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused with a can-do attitude.
- Experience working with trade unions is highly desirable.
- Exceptional influencing skills and the ability to engage at all organisational levels.
- CIPD qualification is desirable, but not essential.
