Job Title: Scheme Manager

As a Scheme Manager for this organisation, you will be:
- Ensuring excellent housing management services
- Providing great customer service
- Assisting with welfare benefits checks, rent and payment queries etc
- Responsible for void sign ups within the scheme, ensuring all vacant properties are allocated within set time frames.
- Helping to maximise tenants independence
- Completing regular compliance checks including health and safety, building safety in line with regulatory requirements
- Maintaining positive relationships with our customers
To be successful, the ideal Scheme Manager will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience carrying out safety checks, risk assessments
- Good customer service skills
- The ability to engage with internal and external stake holders
