Maintenance Engineer - Commercial buildings.
For the successful Maintenance Engineer our client is offering:
- £40,000 per annum
- Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
- Overtime paid at enhanced rates
- Call out Rota (if wanted)
- Permanent contract
- Van and Fuel card provided and can use for personal use
The Role: Maintenance Engineer
- Working in Cardiff and surrounding area
- Repairs and maintenance on commercial buildings
- Electrical maintenance
- General building work
- Conduct regular quality checks
- Following health and safety regulations
- Restocking materials
What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Engineer
- City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent in electrics or plumbing ESSENTIAL
- Electrical experience ESSENTIAL
- Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
- M&E Biased
