Job Title: Sales Co-ordinator

Location: Topsham

Hours: Full Time - Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm

Salary: 26000-30000 depending on experience

Role: As a Sales Coordinator, you will be working within a team of 4 to help with the daily tasks of coordinating the sales process and helping to ensure the smooth operation of the company.

Responsibilities:

* Sales order processing from receipt, through stock allocation to picking documentation.

* Answering inbound phone calls.

* General date entry and KPI collation.

* Follow up calls to customers on placement of sales orders.

* Customer service including updates on delivery status, stock enquiries etc.

* Additional general office management tasks

The Candidate:

* Bright and engaging personality

* Good verbal & written communication skills essential

* Good experience with Sage accounts software or similar

* Excellent admin and time management skills

* Highly organised and a great organiser

* A positive, problem-solving attitude

* Comfortable talking on the phone with our customers

* Previous customer service experience would be an advantage

* Competent with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word

* Attention to detail is a must, all other training will be provided.
