Typically, this person will work closely with the accounts team providing assistance with varied tasks.Â
HSB Technical’s client is a very established and well-regarded business entity.
Duties and responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator:
•  Weekly payroll hours, consolidating and emailing to our pay roller      Â
•  Updating wages journals and Pension contributions      Â
•  Input supplier invoices onto Sage50.       Â
•  Paying weekly wages on to the bank      Â
•  Paying proforma invoices and expense claims when needed      Â
Qualifications and requirement for the Accounts Administrator:
•  2 years accountancy/bookkeeping experience.      Â
•  Sage50 software experience      Â
•  AAT or relevant bookkeeping certification      Â
•  Ability to use Excel, Word, Microsoft OfficeÂ
•  Must be able to make it to site in Cremyll, Torpoint    Â
