Salary: £31,143 Per Annum - Fixed Term Contract until November
Hours: Full-time, 42 hours over 5 days, between 6am - 9:30pm.
Job Description:
The catering team serves tasty and nutritious meals to keep the adventure going. As a Chef, you'll be part of a supportive team, reporting to the Head Chef. You'll prepare and cook meals, manage stock, control costs, and coach junior team members. Enjoy most Friday or Saturday evenings off, limited late nights, and no work over Christmas. This role offers a great balance between career development and personal life.
Requirements:
- Enjoys working in a lively kitchen with a friendly team.
- Experienced in high-volume catering.
- Knowledgeable in food hygiene and dietary requirements.
- Strong organisational skills, effective under pressure.
- Ideally holds a Level 3 Food Safety Award
