Private Client Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced solicitor/legal executive/Cilex or Paralegal to take on an existing caseload in our private client department to deal with probate, and drafting wills and LPAs.  The successful candidate must be able to:-

• work under pressure and as part of a team
• manage their own case load and supervise secretarial and support staff
• value assets and liabilities of estates, extract Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration and administer estates including simple taxation 
• draft legal documents including wills and lasting powers of attorney
• communicate well with clients and be accurate with legal advice offered
