The Role:
*Further Training through paid for qualifications
*Responsible for Servicing and repairing commercial and Industrial properties
*Covering the Devon patch with no stays-away

The Candidate:
*Responsible for Servicing and repairing domestic Properties
*Holds their 18th edition or equivalent qualification
*Some form of Industrial/ Commercial Experience
