Senior Photonics Design Engineer - South West England

Global technology company seeks a Senior Photonics Design Engineer to lead development of innovative fiber-optic products for industrial, aerospace & defense, and bio-photonics applications.

This is a hybrid role but fully remote UK based candidates will be seriously considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design cutting-edge optical/photonic components and systems
  • Lead team development and performance management
  • Drive product development strategy
  • Collaborate on prototype builds and testing
  • Present to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
