We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Concierge covering nights. Responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain security, ensuring all areas are safe and secure.
- Handle client requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform routine patrols of the property and address any disturbances.
- Maintain front desk to ensure a welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle night shifts.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
