Your Responsibilities:
- Handle a variedcommercial property caseload, including:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Acquisitions and disposals
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Sales and leases
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Landlord and tenant
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Commercial and Residential development and infrastructure
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Finance and securities
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Overage and clawback
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Development agreements
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Get exposure to agricultural land mattersÂ
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Options and conditional contracts
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Sales and Purchases of businesses (including hotels, pubs etc)
- Play a key role in enhancing the firm’s reputationÂ
- Engage with an established & diverse client baseÂ
What You’ll Bring:
- Qualification as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+years of experience
- Any additional agricultural experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Additional Details:
- Full-time position preferred, but part-time orflexible arrangements can be considered
