Over the past two years, the company have significantly grown the business and an opportunity now exists for a focused individual to join their in-house team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business. In this role, you will be working as part of an already successful team in an important support role for our field-based engineering team.

What will your role look like?
- Managing and coordinating service calls; performing general office administration tasks; processing job sheets, quotes, orders, and more
- Acting as the first point of contact for inquiries, liaising with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- Identifying both new and existing customer needs and providing professional advice on the best solutions
- Preparing estimates for services
- Providing support to field-based engineers and teams
