What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality lessons that maximize pupil progress in KS1
- Inspiring and engaging students to immerse them in their learning
- Supporting the wider school community through collaboration and teamwork
- Leading a curriculum subject area, if applicable
- Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies
- Participating in professional development opportunities to improve teaching practice

- Passion for teaching KS1 with a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
- Demonstrates excellent teaching practices with a desire for continual improvement
