Pay: £85 - £90 per day
TeacherActive is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team in Torquay. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time opportunities, we have roles that fit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers with lesson preparation and delivery
- Support students in their learning and development
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
- Provide one-on-one or small group support when needed
- Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organization
Requirements:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings
- A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one
