Role Overview:As a Front of House Manager, you will lead a vibrant team of Catering Team Leaders and Assistants, ensuring all guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences. Who Are We Looking For?•    Individuals with a robust understanding of high-volume/mass catering.•    Strong knowledge of food, dietary, and allergen safety.•    Proven experience in managing and training teams.•    Qualifications in Food Safety and Allergen Management (desirable, not essential as training is provided).
