We are currently seeking an experienced and ambitiousBusiness Development Managerto join our team, focusing on the industrial and logistics sectors.

Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our client base within the industrial and logistics sectors. The main part of the role will be to identify new leads, build strong relationships with clients, and secure opportunities to supply temporary and temp to perm agency staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the industrial and logistics sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting Synergise Recruitments services.
  • Negotiate terms of business, fees, and contracts with new clients.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with a high level of service.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in business development, preferably within recruitment or a similar B2B sales-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of the industrial and logistics sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Full UK driving licence.
